To begin your return, please visit our RETURN PORTAL here. Orders sent back without prior authorization will be refused. Please note, all returns will be issued store credit via e-gift card for the original purchase amount. 

 

Returns
Unwashed, unworn and unused full-priced merchandise may be returned within 21 days of order date for store credit via e-gift card. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. (Accessories, hats, discounted items + items marked on SALE on our website are not eligible for return/exchange-- no exceptions will be made). Items must be returned with tags attached + in their original packaging. Shoes MUST BE shipped back in their original box and put into an additional box for shipping. Please do not attach return labels to shoe box or return will not be accepted.  All swimwear must have hygienic liner intact to be eligible for return. Returned items that do not follow this criteria will be sent back to the customer and a credit will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse store credit if products appear to be damaged by the customer. 

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and an e-gift card will be issued to the original email address used to place the order within 3-7 business days. 

 

 *HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY*
Eligible orders placed between Nov. 22 + Dec. 24, 2021 may be returned for store credit via e-gift card through Jan 15, 2022. 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on purchases, exchanges and returns. These charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to our high turnover rate. We suggest returning your unwanted item/s and then purchasing/using your store credit to purchase the replacement item/s. Sorry, we cannot hold items to exchange.

International Returns
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 30 days. Customer is responsible to purchase a return label as we do not provide return labels for international orders. Customer is responsible to pay all tariffs, fees + duties associated with the order.

Damaged/Defective Items
Email us here within 5 business days of receiving your defective merchandise explaining the defect (please include pictures) and we will send you a return shipping label. Items cannot be washed/worn when claimed as damaged. 
Poppywells must be notified within 5 days of delivery or we can no longer be responsible.
