Returns + Exchanges

To begin your return, please visit our RETURN PORTAL here. Orders sent back without prior authorization will be refused. Please note, returns for store credit are free, returns for refund incur $6.95 shipping fee when using our pre-paid return label. 

Returns
Unwashed, unworn and unused full-priced merchandise may be returned but must be postmarked for return within 14 days of original delivery date for refund or store credit. (Accessories, discounted items + items marked on SALE on our website are not eligible for return/exchange-- no exceptions will be made). Items must be returned with tags attached + in their original packaging. All swimwear must have hygienic liner intact to be eligible for return. Returned items that do not follow this criteria will be sent back to the customer and a refund/credit will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/store credit if products appear to be damaged by the customer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. 

*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY*
Eligible orders placed between Nov. 22 + Dec. 24, 2020 may be returned for store credit via gift card through Jan 8, 2021. Please email us for return authorization instead of using the return portal if it has been more than 14 days since the purchase was made. 


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to our high turnover rate. We suggest returning your unwanted item/s and then purchasing/using your store credit to purchase the replacement item/s. Sorry, we cannot hold items to exchange.

When returning an item, please consider using a traceable shipping service and purchasing insurance. Poppywells is not responsible for lost exchanges/returns. If store credit was requested, you will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and a gift card will be issued to the original email address used to place the order within 3-7 business days. If a refund was requested, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be available in the account that was used to make the original purchase.

 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on purchases, exchanges and returns. These charges are non-refundable. 
Damaged/Defective Items
Email us here within 5 business days of receiving your defective merchandise explaining the defect (please include pictures) + we will send you a return shipping label. Items cannot be washed/worn when claimed as damaged. 
Poppywells must be notified within 5 days of delivery or we can no longer be responsible.
