Returns + Exchanges
*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY*
Any purchases made on or after Thursday, November 24, 2017 will fall under our Holiday Return Policy. Purchases made in this time frame will have until January 8, 2018 to return items for store credit via gift card. If you are purchasing a gift, you can request a gift receipt to be added to your order so the receiver is able to easily send back items that didn't work (just tell us in the notes section at checkout). If your return falls into the regular 14 day policy, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return/exchange.
Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment. (Items marked as FINAL SALE on our website are not eligible for return/exchange-- no exceptions will be made). Items must be returned with tags attached + in their original packaging. Returned items that do not follow this criteria will be sent back to the customer and a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if products appear to be damaged by the customer. *Swimwear must have hygienic liner still intact or it will be returned to customer and a refund will not be issued.
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to our high turnover rate. We suggest first purchasing the replacing item from our website and then returning your item separately to ensure you get the item you want before selling out.
