Do you have a store where I can come and shop?
Not yet! We're currently online only.

When will my order ship?
All of our orders typically process + ship within 1-2 business days. You will then receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Once your order ships you should receive it in 2-5 business days depending on your location. 

How much are the shipping costs?
All orders qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time we only ship within the United States.

How do the sizes run?

The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking?
Sign up for restock alerts and you'll be the first to know if something comes back in stock! Go to the product you want, click the size you're looking for and a 'Email When Available' box will pop up on the bottom right side of your screen. (You may have to refresh the page to see the pop up box).  Just enter your email address and we'll let you know when this item is back on the site!

What is your return/exchange policy?

Do you have gift receipts?
Yes! Just request one along with your invoice or in place of your invoice in the NOTES section at checkout.

I have a discount code but don't see where to enter it when I'm checking out on my cell phone.
Add your items to your cart + click 'checkout'. On the next page, you'll see a grayed out box at the top that says 'show order summary'-- click here + you'll see a spot where you can enter your discount code.  (If you are paying with PayPal, enter your log in details first and then you'll be re-directed back to this page).

Can I drop my return off instead of shipping it back?
Unfortunately, we do not have a drop off location. All returns must be shipped to our return mailing address found here.

The item I received is damaged/defective.
Email us here within 5 business days of receiving your defective merchandise explaining the defect (please include pictures) + we will send you a return shipping label.

I placed an order and haven't received a confirmation email.                         
Please contact us to verify the email address we have on file for you is correct.

Help! My package says it has been delivered but I can't find it.
We ship through USPS + UPS. Please call your local USPS or UPS office with your tracking number handy so they can get in contact with the driver who was responsible for your delivery and/or open a missing package claim. They usually like to speak to the recipient of the missing package since it is now considered your personal property, but we are happy to help where we can! But please note, Poppywells is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the tracking number confirms delivery.

I received a gift card for my birthday. When will it expire?
Never! Use it today or next year, you choose.
