Do you have a store where I can come and shop?
Not yet! We're currently online only.

When will my order ship?
All of our orders typically process + ship within 2-3 business days. (We do not ship on weekends or holidays). You will then receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Once your order ships you should receive it in 2-5 business days depending on your location within the United States. Times may be extended due to Covid-19 delays.

How much are the shipping costs?
All U.S. orders qualify for FREE standard shipping. You can also upgrade to priority shipping for $8.50 at checkout. 

Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time we only ship within the United States.

The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking?
Sign up for restock alerts and you'll be the first to know if something comes back in stock! Go to the product you want, click the size you're looking for and a 'Notify Me When Available' link will pop up. (You may have to refresh the page to see the link). Just enter your email address and we'll let you know when this item is back on the site!

What is your return/exchange policy?

Do you have gift receipts?
Yes! Just request one along with your invoice or in place of your invoice in the NOTES section at checkout.

Do you have gift cards?
Yes! Our gift cards make the perfect gift as they NEVER expire. Use it today or next year- - - we'll wait. The gift card will be emailed automatically to the email address used to make the purchase, then it can be printed out or forwarded on to the new recipient. 

Will my store credit expire?
Nope! Poppywells store credit/gift cards never expire.

I have a discount code but don't see where to enter it when I'm checking out on my cell phone.
Add your items to your cart + click 'checkout'. On the next page, you'll see a grayed out box at the top that says 'show order summary'-- click here + you'll see a spot where you can enter your discount code.  (If you are paying with PayPal, enter your log in details first and then you'll be re-directed back to this page).

Can I drop my return off instead of shipping it back?
Unfortunately, we do not have a drop off location. All returns must be shipped to our return mailing address found on your invoice.

The item I received is damaged/defective.
Email us here within 5 business days of receiving your defective merchandise explaining the defect (please include pictures) + we will send you a return shipping label. Items cannot be washed/worn when claimed as damaged. Poppywells must be notified within 5 days of delivery or we can no longer be responsible.

I placed an order and haven't received a confirmation email.                         
Please contact us to verify the email address we have on file for you is correct.

Help! My package says it has been delivered but I can't find it.
We ship through USPS + UPS. Please call your local shipping office (according to your tracking info) with your tracking number handy so they can get in contact with the driver who was responsible for your delivery and/or open a missing package claim. They usually like to speak to the recipient of the missing package since it is now considered your personal property, but we are happy to help where we can! But please note, Poppywells is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the tracking number confirms delivery.
